The Little Seats Companion helps children discover the same truth through Scripture, activities, coloring, and simple ways to practice resting in Jesus—bringing Him their worries, talking to Him, and trusting what He says.

Work through your Companions side by side or separately, then come back to the Table to talk about what you discovered, share what God is teaching you, and pray together.

What You'll Receive

Each At the Table • Together pairing includes:

One grown-up At the Table Bible Companion with Scripture-based study, reflection, and space to write and respond.

One Little Seats at the Table Bible Companion exploring the same Scripture through kid-friendly Bible study, activities, coloring, and conversation.

Both are physical, printed Companions that fold to 5.5" × 8.5" and are designed to tuck inside your Bibles and keep close.

About the Companions

The grown-up and Little Seats Companions are designed around the same Bible passage, but each approaches it in a way that fits the person using it.

The grown-up study goes deeper through Scripture, reflection, and personal application, while the Little Seats study helps children explore the same truth through age-appropriate activities, questions, and conversation.

You don’t have to complete them at the same time. Study separately, sit side by side, or make it part of your family Bible time—the goal is simply to meet in the same Scripture and grow together.

Good to Know

The best part of At the Table • Together happens when your two studies come back together.

Use the conversation prompts in your Companions to share what stood out, talk about what you learned about God, and connect the Scripture to what’s happening in your own lives.

Then finish your time together in prayer—giving both the grown-up and the little seat space to share what’s on their heart.

There are no perfect answers and no perfect way to do it. One Passage. As many seats as you need. A place to grow together.
