Welcome to The Thirsty Table. The Thirsty Table is operated by KP Innovative, LLC, a Kentucky limited liability company doing business as The Thirsty Table (“The Thirsty Table,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing thethirstytable.com (the “Site”) or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. General

By using this Site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or place of residence, or that you have given consent for your minor dependents to use this Site.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel service or orders when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, pricing errors, inventory errors, or violations of these Terms.

2. Products

The Thirsty Table offers a variety of products that may include Bible study materials and Bible Companions, handmade home and table goods, apparel, gifts, accessories, and other faith-centered goods.

Some products are handmade or produced in small batches. Because of their handmade nature, slight variations in color, texture, shape, placement, or finish may occur. These variations are part of the character of handmade goods and are not necessarily defects.

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and images accurately; however, colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device.

Product availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated as required and displayed during checkout.

If a pricing or product-listing error occurs, we reserve the right to correct the error or cancel the affected order. If payment has already been collected for a canceled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available through our Shopify store.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of the order. We may cancel or limit an order when reasonably necessary, including because of inventory availability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Shipping

Shipping and fulfillment information is provided on our Shipping Policy and, when applicable, on individual product pages.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, damaged products, and incorrect orders are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain handmade, personalized, custom, printed, or made-to-order products may have different return eligibility than regularly stocked merchandise. Any product-specific restrictions will be disclosed when applicable.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original content created by The Thirsty Table—including our branding, logos, original graphics, product designs, photography, written materials, Bible Companion layouts, study prompts, devotional content, and other original creative materials—is owned by or licensed to KP Innovative, LLC d/b/a The Thirsty Table and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from our original materials without prior written permission.

Scripture quotations remain subject to the rights, permissions, and public-domain status applicable to the particular Bible translation used.

8. Bible Companions & Faith-Based Content

Bible Companions, devotional materials, study resources, blog content, and other faith-based materials offered by The Thirsty Table are created for personal study, reflection, encouragement, and discipleship.

Unless otherwise expressly permitted, purchased or downloaded materials are intended for personal, non-commercial use and may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, resold, or used to create products for sale.

Group, church, ministry, or bulk-use permissions may be available for certain products. Please contact us for information.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, attempt unauthorized access to the Site or related systems, interfere with the Site's operation, or use Site content in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Third-Party Services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party services for payment processing, shipping, analytics, social media, or other functions.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, information, and faith-based content. However, we do not warrant that all Site content will always be error-free, complete, or current.

Faith-based and devotional content provided through The Thirsty Table is intended for personal study, reflection, and encouragement and is not a substitute for professional pastoral, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KP Innovative, LLC d/b/a The Thirsty Table will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or purchase or use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
