We hope you love what you receive from The Thirsty Table. Many of our products are handmade, printed in small batches, or prepared especially for your order. Please review the information below before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Because of the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or sizing errors.
Please review product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Handmade Items
Many items from The Thirsty Table are made by hand. Small variations in color, texture, placement, shape, or finish are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.
Any care instructions or limitations listed with a product should be followed to help protect your handmade item.
Bible Companions & Printed Materials
Bible Companions and other printed materials are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or we send you the wrong item.
Apparel & Made-to-Order Items
Made-to-order or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged because of sizing, color selection, change of mind, or other customer ordering errors.
Please review available sizing information carefully before ordering.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
After reviewing the issue, we may provide a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Missing or Undelivered Orders
If tracking shows a problem with delivery or your order has not arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us so we can help investigate.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because some products may enter production or preparation quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been placed.
