Made-to-Order Products

Every item at The Thirsty Table is made to order just for you. Because production begins as soon as your order is placed, all sales are final and we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected at checkout
Ordering the wrong item, color, or design

We encourage you to review our size chart carefully before ordering, as we're unable to make exchanges for sizing errors on the customer's part.

Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

While all sales are final, we stand behind the quality of what we send you. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will happily replace it at no cost to you.

To request a replacement:

Contact us at thekimmyparrish@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue
We'll review and send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion

Incorrect or Undelivered Orders

If you receive the wrong item, or your order never arrives, please reach out within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because production starts quickly, we can only accommodate changes or cancellations if you contact us at thekimmyparrish@gmail.com within 3 hours of placing your order. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
