Thank you for shopping with The Thirsty Table! Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Made-to-Order Production Times

Every item is made to order just for you, so please allow [2–7 business days] for production before your order ships. Production time is separate from shipping/transit time.

During high-demand periods (holidays, new collection launches), production times may run slightly longer — we'll do our best to note any delays on our site.

Shipping Times & Rates

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

Expedited	[2–4 business days]

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size and destination. [We currently offer free standard shipping on orders over $89.]

Note: transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's journey.

Domestic & International Shipping

We currently ship to the U.S. only. International orders will be configured at a later date due to duties, additional fees, etc.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please reach out to us at thekimmyparrish@gmail.com and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, though we're happy to help however we can if you catch the error quickly — contact us as soon as possible at thekimmyparrish@gmail.com.
